Our hand rolled corn enchiladas dressed in red guajillo sauce and sprinkled with cheese. Three enchiladas: one ground beef, one shredded chicken, one cheese and onion. Topped with lettuce, sour cream and pico de gallo. Served traditionally with Mexican rice and refried beans
